This place suits me perfectly, with excellent wi-fi, a comfortable bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff warmly assisted my elderly parents during our first stay. I’ll definitely return for a holiday!

Charming boutique hotel with attentive staff. The rooms were inviting and comfortable, perfect for a retreat from the city's hustle. Preetam took extra care to set up our room perfectly for our baby. Breakfast had a great spread, especially the omelettes, but more vegetarian options would be welcome. A slight downside was the lack of a lift, making it difficult for elderly guests. Despite that, the warmth from the staff made it feel like home. The central location was very convenient to explore the surroundings, though some communal areas felt a bit dated. My only complaint was the aging property, but the overall experience was memorable and enjoyable.

Exceptional service with heritage charm
The Astor Hotel in Kolkata offered an incredible dining experience, where attentive staff ensured every need was met while the ambiance reflected its rich history. Breakfast was delightful!
Unfortunately, loud music from the hotel's club disrupted our peace at night, making it challenging to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Soundproofing could definitely be improved.

Had an amazing time here! The staff were pure brilliant, always ready to help with a smile. The food was exceptional, especially the Chinese dishes that reminded me of home. Only downside was the lack of a lift, which made getting to my room a bit of a trek.

missingWrote a review on 30 Septcramped roomnoise disturbance
I booked a Deluxe Double Room expecting a twin bed but found myself in a cramped suite with a broken hand shower. The registration process was frustrating as I had to explain the situation multiple times without clarity from staff. The noise from events nearby made it difficult to relax, and the lack of soundproofing in the rooms was unacceptable.
